Service details
Plan the shipment with confidence
Who should file
The shipper, payer, or authorized claimant should file according to the transportation agreement. Duplicate claims from multiple parties can slow review.
What evidence is reviewed
Tracking events, package scans, proof of tender, packaging condition, photographs, purchase invoices, replacement or repair costs, declared value, and applicable liability terms.
Preserve the shipment
Do not discard damaged goods or packaging until inspection is waived or the claim is resolved. The carrier may request physical inspection or additional documentation.
