Common questions

What customers should know

Why does tracking show “label created”?

Shipment information exists, but the carrier may not yet have physically received or scanned the package.

Can an address be changed in transit?

Some shipments allow limited delivery changes, subject to sender restrictions, identity checks, timing, and additional charges.

What does “delivery exception” mean?

An event such as weather, address difficulty, customs review, recipient unavailability, or operational disruption may affect delivery.

Does “out for delivery” guarantee delivery today?

It indicates assignment to a delivery route, but completion can still be affected by access, volume, weather, or required signature.

Who pays customs charges?

Responsibility depends on shipment instructions and local law. The recipient is often responsible unless another arrangement is accepted.

How do I prove delivery?

Use the tracking record and, where available, delivery date/time, recipient name or signature, and proof-of-delivery document.
